OG Queen and Olivier nominee Alexia McIntosh is In The Frame!

Alexia is currently starring in Big Aunty at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry. The piece is directed and devised by Corey Campbell.

Described as a darkly comic family drama, Big Aunty offers a welcome opportunity to gather and reflect on challenging times and how we can find a path to resolution.

Alexia originated the role of Anna of Cleves in Six The Musical, taking the show from its first every UK tour through to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and then to the West End at the Arts, Lyric and Vaudeville Theatres.

After three years in Six, Alexia wrapped up her reign in November 2021.  She reprised her performance last July, reuniting with the original cast for three special performances of Six at Hampton Court Palace before shooting Six The Movie in the West End.

Alexia was nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical at the 2019 Olivier Awards along with the other OG queens; together they have formed the girl group SVN.

Big Aunty runs at the Belgrade Theatre until 6th May. Visit for info and tickets.
